I recently published my new story “the unEXpected show” and I asked a forum friend to review it (we did r4r) and she told me episode might want me to delete EVERY reference to s*x. I did read episode ORIGINAL stories and they do mention it slightly, so i didn’t think it was a problem mentioning that two people “took it all the way”. Opinions? What do you think? Advices?

like it depends on how much. episode did change the rules last year. and have become more strickt around it.

I think you can PM @/Tyler for more detailed information, but it should be okay to mention it.
In their guidelines:
Stories must always be appropriate for all readers ages 13 or older, which means content would be objectionable if it, among other things:

- includes excessive use of profanity or sexually explicit phrases;

I mean maybe the odd light reference there and there is harmless, 13 year olds do know what s*x is. But it’s about excessive use so showing a scene where they’re doing it (using moaning dialogue and such) which is against the guidelines.
I personally like to poke fun there and then.
Here’s an example of what’s acceptable:
Two characters kissing
Character 1: I think we should take this else where?
Character 2: what do you have in mind?
Character 1: i dunno, why don’t you show me.
Characters exit
Fade out!

people can talk about sex in episode you just should not be explicit… like do not describe in detail how thay touch each other intime parts and such things but you definitly can mention sex.
BTW you do not need to censor word sex - it is not a profanity.

all stories which are now visible on app went through episode check few months ago.
The stories ware not made visible till the authors havend made changes. So all what is now visible on app should be 100% OK regarding the rules.
And there is still a lot of steamy stuff.
Just go through some of the romance stories and you will quickly get the picture that the border is not that strict as you think.
