I have an overlay but I can't remember who to credit

I found this overlay on the internet yesterday, the creator was someone from the forums but I can’t remember their name. As I want to credit them, can someone please tell me who does it belong to? Thank you.

When you Google search the image, it shows on other png sites. No one on the forums made that overlay.

if you end up not being able to find the person who made the overlay, it’s best to not use it so you don’t get in trouble
