I have an arm with a napkin overlay set but every time the scene plays out it skips the whole overlay and I don’t know why. HELP.

Do you have anything like a pause after it or dialouge because if not that tends to make the script skip ahead.

now the scene pauses for a beat but the overlay doesn’t play out
You’re using & instead of @. For something like this, you either need to do
@overlay WCAESAR ARM shifts to 175 69 in zone 1
@overlay WCAESAR ARM shifts to 175 128 in zone 1 in 3
@overlay WCAESAR ARM shifts to 176 128 in zone 1 in 1
etc.
OR
@overlay WCAESAR ARM shifts to 175 69 in zone 1 THEN overlay WCAESAR ARM shifts to 175 128 in zone 1 in 3 THEN overlay WCAESAR ARM shifts to 176 128 in zone 1 in 1
etc.
