I have questions for you artists

Hi, I have a few questions for you artists about overlays

•How to make your overlays like the ones that you
cutted out from a picture?
•What apps do you use to make these type of
overlays?

Guys, I’m thinks I might photo layers and ibispaint x for practicing make overlays. If I am decent at making cut out overlays, I might make an overlay shop along with maybe a few other things.
And y’all are so helpful

Ummm… tbh I don’t have a lot of experience with that. But I think I know how. You upload the background to Ibis Paint X and then erase around it.

I’ve also cropped the image at iloveimg, then removed the background at remove bg… but this method is a little unreliable.

That’s ok, I was just wondering how artists make overlays and what apps they used to make them
