I didn’t understand clearly what you need, but here are my thoughts.
Jessica didn’t lead Alex on, if she wanted just to kiss him, it didn’t mean she wanted to do anything else with him. He should have known that when someone asks to stop, and says no, it’s no. He’s a j*rk and what he did is sexual assault. 
Plsss I agree tho. I also put that it’s very obvious that Alex is not here for the relationship but he’s here for the pleasure. Which means he never saw Jessica as a romantic partner.
Idk why I have to give advice when I need advice myself
