Am I only one getting this message? "Error loading episode we couldn’t load a required file to play this episode " I emailed them about this and there was no response
How to fix this
It does that to me sometimes are you trying to see your story and editing it or are you trying to read someone else’s. Mine did this during editing. I’d send in a help ticket.
Only happens when I read someone story
I’d try to completely close the app out. And reload. If it does it again submit a help ticket
I close app and Still saying it and already submit a ticket and I got told occurs due to the device having difficulty communicating with the server. I Try different wifi and using mobile data still saying same thing
Submit another one they have to fix it. Or try to uninstall it and reinstall it.
I was thinking about uninstall and reinstall. But I didn’t wanna lose my stuff
If you go I the settings it should have your login information, just screen shot that I you didn’t use an email to login.

Clear out the cache in your device. Try one more time. If that doesn’t work you may need to use a different device or send in another support ticket.
I try it again and it still not working and I don’t have another device but I’m using galaxy Note 8
If you don’t have another device, I think until the episode team fixes it you’ll just have to submit another ticket. Let me try to tag an admin

Of course. The person I tagged is usually pretty good at solving things. Hopefully she’ll reply soon. Sorry I couldn’t do more. Also check YouTube and see if there is any solutions. It’s a slim chance.
@Jes.spencer18 thanks for tagging me! Just to clarify, I don’t actually fix anything on the app. I just hand out help ticket links. 
@Babybear180 if you’ve already submitted a ticket, please do not submit another one. Wait until the team has responded to your initial ticket, as otherwise your ticket will get pushed to the end of the queue and it’ll take even longer for them to respond. 
I wasn’t sure I just know that I have seen your name a lot lol. Anything to try to help.
