i need a choice template
im giving my readers a choice to choose between two date scenes
Smoothie Date
Restaurant Date

i need them to choose only one date

Code the smoothie date part under label smoothie_date and the restaurant date part under label restaurant_date before the choice coding.

That’s the reason you’re use a choice template. When you use a choice template the reader will only be able to choose 1 of the options.

So the scene goes right after the reader chooses it? If so, just put the scene inside the choice?

Do this thing, instead of writing label smoothie_date, copy-paste the characters’s conversation if the reader chooses Smoothie date. Similarly for the restaurant date.
And, remove the “l” at line 455
