Ok so here’s sorta what it’s about.
The mc, she has two best friends, 3 older brothers and her parents died. And her old best friend (boy) and his older brother and grandfather mysteriously return to town after leaving with no goodbyes.
It’s a fantasy/roamnce and it’s called My Little Mortal.
