So I just finished writing an episode of my story, the 8th one but I can’t publish it because backgrounds and overlays are not approved yet. As I’m waiting for them to be approved, I want to start the 9th chapter.
Will I be able to publish ONLY chapter 8 (when I will be able to) even if I started chapter 9 ?
Or will they want me to publish both?
Yes, I believe you can choose which episodes to publish.

yes you can
when you push the publish button window will appear where you (among others) can set what episode you want to publish.
so if you have 8 you still can publish even only the first 3 if you will decide so
