I need help! How to change my tattoo from the art catalog?

Ok so, I am making an Vampire story on Episode Interactive and one of my characters got bit on the neck, I don’t want to make a whole outfit but I want to be able to change into the bite neck scar. Does anyone know how to do that? I thought that it was @CHARACTER changes tattoo into Neck Bite Vampire Bloody Scar.

PLEASE HELP!!!

The only way to do that is creating another outfit but with the bite scars
