I need help..Really annoying error

#1

Getting a error, “There is a { on line 866 that does not have a matching }” Here’s what the script is:

YOU (talk_shrug)
What’s in store?

    MOM (talk_forward)
Pizza or Cupcake.

    YOU (think)
Hmm, I seem a bit hungry..

choice
"No, Not hungry"{

    YOU (talk_awkward)
Would you look at the time~!

}
“Mhmm, Yes, I’d like food”{ <<< Problem is here… (Well, Where the error shows up anyway)

    YOU (think)
But what should I eat?

choice
"Cupcake"{

    YOU (talk_neutral_forward)
Cupcake.

@MOM is nod_loop

@YOU is eat_cupcake

    NARR
After eating.

}
“Pizza”{

@MOM is nod_loop

@YOU is eat_pizza

    NARR
After eating.

}

I see the issue. You’re missing a bracket at the end of the first choice:

}
“Mhmm, Yes, I’d like food”{

YOU (think)

But what should I eat?

}
Add some dialogue here

choice
"Cupcake"{

Moved to Directing Help & Tips as that’s where scripting questions belong! :v:t2:

Hi.
RudeInception’s right - you’re missing a closing bracket. But if you want the choice what to eat only to be available for the second alt and making a choice in a choice(?) then you need to put the bracket at the very end.

I’m pretty sure the cupcake/pizza choice is a choice within the “I’d like food” choice. So she just needs to add one more closing bracket at the very.
