I want to know how to make the overlays move the entire time while in a club so it looks like the lights are moving. I hope I described that right.

Hi, I haven’t quite got the hang of it myself yet but I am watching Joseph Evans youtube overlays tutorial and slowly I am picking it up.
It is really helpful and I’ll insert a link below if you are interested 
This one is a basic overlay tutorial:
And this one is an animating overlay tutorial (I think this is the one you need):
And then there is a tappable overlay one which will probably not helpful for what you need but you never know so I’ll also insert that one for you.
