regarding the overlay:
if you can work in some picture editing program like photoshop you can do it by yourself - if you do not know how to do that you can ask in some art shop on the forum. - or some peeople might have it on their drives but I dont know who has them.
You just need to printscreen of the character and cut the hand in the elbow (usually) and make the background translucent.
