I’d recommend outlining in black and turning on stabilizer:
You have to press this button
Then make sure your settings look like this 
I also have an eye tutorial you can check out. It lists other things like layer settings and merging/clipping

I acually use dip pen hard for outline and digital pen for coloring

Ooh, soo my advice is, use dip pen hard when coloring too then if u prefer to do soft shading, use pen fade and for hard shading use dip pen jard or that soft one (lol i dont remember its name ) and maybe use a bigger canvas for cleaner lines!

what do you mean bigger canvas? sorry im kinda new at this.

Yeah i understand lol
Here is what im talking about:
First, click on the + sign u see when creating a new project
Then you can see alot of different canvas sizes for example: “560×876” and the two sliders can help u choose any custom width and height of the canvas you’d like! I prefer using 2100×2700 but its totally upto you!
( A Little tip: If using 2100×2700 canvas size then for better lines put the size of the brush on 4.5 or 5 and they will come out really good
And always put the outline layer above the colouring layer!
