this part is not right you make him do several animations in the same time.
Also it seems to me you maybe do not fully understand how & and @ works 
So just to be sure
& hapens instantly and will happen with all & under it.
& also happens together with the first @ under it!
or with dialogue under it!
When you want to walk character while he is doind some special walking animation you have to use special command for this:
@CHAR walks to spot # # # in zone # in T AND CHAR does it while walking-animation-name
