If u are looking for realistic style, u will probably have to pay commission…
If u are looking for semi - realistic style, u may have to pay commission…
If u are looking for a non - realistic style, u will probably not have to pay commission…
If u are looking for edited style, u will definitely not have to pay commission since people can’t charge u for that (:

there are many art shops that do art that are free just scroll threw some and see which ones you like
Most of them stopped coming online last year
