I need help with overlays sizes & looping overlays

Hi. I do not know what is happening. Since I started to uploaded the overlays the sizes has always been fine. But know, the overlays are oversized and the looping backgrounds doesn’t fit well.

Also, the overlays I use for looping backgrounds glitch a lot. It supposed to go continuously even though it doesn’t match, but it kind of start over again the animation.
