I need help with spoting?

I want my characters to walk in together but stand at two different spots now I have tried to do it but they keep coming in from different directions.
Let me show you what I have and you can show me how to fix it.

&PEYTON spot 0.97 450 125 in zone 1 THEN PEYTON faces left
&PEYTON walks to spot 0.97 140 125 in zone 1 THEN PEYTON faces left AND PEYTON starts talk_think
&PEYTON moves to layer 2
&RAQUEL spot 1.01 -150 99 in zone 1 THEN RAQUEL faces right
&RAQUEL walks to spot 1.01 53 99 in zone 1 THEN RAQUEL faces right AND RAQUEL starts think
&RAQUEL moves to layer 3

You have their starting positions on two different sides of the screen. Put them either both in the 400s or both in the -100s

hey i was wondering if you can help me with something else i want a character to say something off screen then come in after but it keeps putting or in there before i want her to come in here is my example.
