I need help with the episode app!

Hey🤗
I have a problem and I hope that you are able to help me. Since I read some stories too often, I can’t restart them anymore. I’d like to reset the entire episode app. I already deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing happend. Episode is not connected to my icloud or to google.

I use episode on ios 12
