So is there a thing called like a “agent” that you have but for acting? so kind of your boss that puts signs u up for movies and stuff? or is it just called an agent? ( cuz im pretty sure an agent is for models but im not 100% sure)
Yes it’s an acting agent and basically they help u get into all ur movies and shows :))

Yes, you can get agents for many things in the entertainment industry and they get paid as you do. I wouldn’t say they are your boss as you can still get roles without one. It doesn’t matter what you call them as some actors are multitalented and would use one for music and there would be no point in getting two imo.

Talent agents will often do modelling and acting.

An acting agency, yes 
I’m in one, they have your details and send them to every casting you fit in, and only contact you if they need a video from you or if you passed the first casting
