I need rotating overlay help

So, I have a limb overlay that I want to rotate to around and back just a tad, but not fully rotate ya know? can anyone help me with this? I’ve tried looking around and I havent really found an answer…

What is it that you are having them do, like throwing something?

@overlay rotates 90 in 1
@overlay rotates 0 in 1
or whatever
