Hi, I need help getting a overlay for powers or special powers can you guys please tell me how to do it please

What do you mean? Do you need help creating or finding overlays, or do you have them and you don’t know how to use them?
All of those
Well there are a lot of people who make overlays and let people (usually with credit). You can look around on the forums to find lots of overlays and backgrounds for free.
You can commission people to make them for you as well, or make overlays yourself in any program that allows you to. I know a lot of people use photoshop; I used Google Drawings before too.
To use them, there are also things on the forum to talk about how.
But most basically, this is how to create them. (replay OVERLAY NAME with the actual name of the overlay)
@overlay OVERLAY NAME create
@overlay OVERLAY NAME shifts to x x (replace x with the location of it)
@overlay OVERLAY NAME scales to x.xxx x.xxx (replace x.xxx with the size)
@overlay OVERLAY NAME opacity 1 in 0 <-- This makes the overlay visible instantly at full opacity. If you want it transparent make the 1 less. If you want it to take time you change the 0.
