I need a law practitioner, or someone who has an idea about the law and court

Where I live there is another law system than in the US. The US mostly uses a jury in criminal law. You can read my story ‘Colo(u)ring the Rainbow’ for an example of a law system (where you can avoid the jury part), episode 3. Parties you don’t need to forget in the law system are: the judge, the lawyer(s) for defendant, the defendant (, jury if you want them in your story) and the prosecution → prosecutor.
