What genre is your story? (:
I don’t have a genre yet! I want to write a story but I can’t think of anything and when I try to write I get frustrated about it and give up.

Hospital Story:
A patient in the mental health ward is somehow able to communicate telepathically with a coma patient but nobody believes them. One is trapped by their body, the other by their mind, and neither one can leave. In their telepathic virtual reality they live a life together, until her family’s finances run out and they want to pull the plug on her. The mental patient slowly gains the trust of the staff, offers to sit by the comatose patient and read to them, they figure what’s the harm? One version ends in a murder suicide like Romeo & Juliet…
It’s something I tried years ago but couldn’t make it work.

Title: Heroes in Hiding
Concept: A popular superhero of the past is trying to live as an average young adult, but is forced to come out of hiding when his/her past comes back to bite him/her.
OR
Concept: A superhero is forced to go into hiding when he/she realizes that he/she is not as strong as she/he was before… But what happens when he/she discovers others in hiding as well? (You have room for a conspiracy to come to life here- at least that’s what I’m thinking of…)
These could probably be re-worded better, but I just wanted to get that idea out there… But Idk if superheroes are something you want to write about. I have lots of ideas for other stories, so we can throw some ideas around and figure out what “speaks to you” the most 
i don’t have a concept sorry, but can you make an option for the main character to be a male. I like those stories.

think about stories books and films that you like - it will be easier and more natural for you to write in similar genre .
Think about why you like thys typu of books stories anf fils… do you like because it is romantic or because it is action.
Why do you like the main character?
This way you can fing in general what will suit you most and will be probably esiest to write about.
Example I like Harry Potter, I like the combination of our world with bit of magic snd I like the fight of outsider hero with big evil. I also like that in harry potter friendship plays a big role.
And surprisingly my first story has similar atributes even it has nothing to do with wizards…
I aldo have outsider type of hero who discoveres she is more than just ordinary human… and she has also bunch of great friends and she also has to stop evil.
