I really need help with my episode app

I can’t open my episode app idk why I Also uploaded to a newer version it just keep loading then shut me off idk I submitted a ticket today too idk what will be they’re response and if u all could help pls I install and unstall it also didn’t worked I have never had this issues since I used my new (this) phone first days was okay then I tried to restore my acc old acc then it said you have to restart your game then I restarted it but then only it started

I could send a example but it’s only containing pics only so pls respond help

I had this problem before too love I deleted episode and redownload it and waited a few days then it started to work again not sure if this would help you love :blush:

I also uninstall it also and re install it but I didn’t wait cause i am excited to see my acc and story back

I see, but it might take a little while for it to fully restore if this issue has been continous.
