Take this overlay:
and put it on the table of the background! Then, when the character picks it up, it would be nice if you uploaded as a background, what you want to be written. Like, find a site where you can write what you want in a sheet white paper, take a screenshot of it and then upload it as a background. Make sure to first resize the image.
