why not look for drawing references on pinterest and practice with those?

Do you mean, that you would like to draw pregnant Characters? So basically, that we send Character details of pregnant characters? 
You can make pregnant characters by yourself if you want to practise

@Av3ry its a lot of work so I would rather not if anyone has past characters from stories or characters of their own
