You need to go to the writer portal - click continue story - click characters - click new character. From there on you just use the picture and info I made for you as a reference to choose from different features. When done you save it and then click go to outfits. There you do the same thing but just with clothing and accessories.

Done! I still find it hard to make modest outfits, Episode needs to up their game with more stylish, covered up clothing. Turtlenecks are super cute, but there is just ONE option

I can make similar looking twins, but Episode Content Guidelines says:
Sooo you can’t give them the the Dolan twins names in your story.

But turtlenecks are also not suitable for modest clothings as it exposes the waist and stomach
