All of my “edits” have been 1 layer because I don’t understand how to use the layers 
I’ve been watching videos but I’m still very lost.
Among other things, I’d really like to know how to get it where you can go over lines and it doesn’t go over them. Like it doesn’t color over them. If that makes any sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated

@reinaxx For layers you press the plus button at the bottom of the screen.

I was watching a video where she was able to color the hair in without going over the lines
This is what I mean by going over the lines. I’m sorry, I suck at explaining

To add a layer, press the + button.
I don’t really know how to explain it well, so I’ll try my best!
When you add a layer, you can rearrange them to your liking by holding down on the square part that shows the canvas and dragging it… by having a layer under one of the layers, you can color under it without coloring over it… if that makes sense.
You can use alpha lock to color that without messing it up or coloring out of it.
