If you could take away something from the Episode Community what would it be?
Everyone has their dislikes and their likes. But what is one thing you wish was gone from Episode and why? It could be about the episode creators, small authors, big authors, trending stories, old Episode, new Episode, Community Guidelines, Certain people from the episode community, whatever. This is basically a rant. You can open up about your dislikes about episode as long as there not racist, sexist, or any way offensive.

I don’t have any opinions really as i love the episode community one thing would be the blonde mean girl stereotype. Idk about yall but i never see a blonde girl who is nice in a story about high school on episode. Like not all of us blondes are evil :joy::joy:

I haven’t read all of it but Brittney from bite my tongue (BITE MY TOUNG SPOILER Brittney is becoming nice and I think Jospeh is beginning to crush on her but he can’t move on from Leah because he sees her so much

I think I would take out the fact that it’s always the same formula being promoted on the trending stories and I’m not taking away the creativity of these amazing authors, because if something works and the audience likes it then it’s okay. But I think it’s time to explore different things not in the way that every 3 weeks you’re out in a shelf but like really give opportunity to diverse stories that are out there which are amazing. Overall nothing is perfect an I think everyone could have something to dislike about episode but it’s being running for years, learning and improving and I’m happy to be part of the community cause this app is amazing :wink:

There’s one author who I won’t name and in every single story she has, the mean girl (no matter what her age) is blonde and I think with blue eyes too lol.

Also there are so many ‘problematic people’ I would remove from the community. At the end of the day this app is literally a story writing game and people need to stop taking things so seriously.

I’m not going to mention any names but there are a few well known people that often cause problems and are rude and self entitled etc. They think they are above everyone because they have a few hundred thousand reads or more.

I agree. But episode is a job for certain trending authors. LITERALLY they get paid to write stories. God my dream, but anyways that life’s and I guess people take episode so seriously because it’s the career but yeah I still agree with you,. People can be pretty self entitled in the community.

The lack of communication from the team towards the community. It’s really frustrating and it pisses me off.
