? im confused - someone help me please

idk if I put this under the right topic or not but i recently got a new phone (switched from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8) and i tried to log back into my account but i kept getting this message

and i have always been an apple user, i never gave my password out and i never logged into any android device. i don’t know what to do. and im afraid im gonna lose the amount of money i put into gems, just bc i can’t get into my account. any help would be amazing, thanks ~ww~

Maybe you have a sibling that’s using your account login as well with an Android phone? Or someone might’ve just hacked into it(probably unlikely) but uh, this is weird. Hope you get it fixed soon!
