here is two pictures because the choice is pretty long, i skipped some of the lines because it was just the hair and lips change template. any ideas on how to fix?

Templates cannot be inside of choices. Read this:

Templates have labels and labels cannot be inside of brackets. You will need to place the template outside of the choice, then put a goto inside the choice that leads to the first label of the template. HERE is an example of how to do that.

I understand what you mean, but how would i add the template without having if the readers press “stay with your natural look” they’d still be able to customize themself

That’s what the “after_template” label and goto is for, so if they choose to stay with the natural look, it takes them to that label which skips the cc template
