Hey there! I’m a partly new episode writer and I’m having trouble on my story. Can anyone tell me how to add so many people in an area without them popping up one by one? Everytime I wanna add so many people in one area every character pops up and it doesn’t look right. I have seen some stories where so many people were in one scene but they weren’t showing up one at a time and they all were doing their animations perfectly fine. I do not get how to do this and I really need someone’s help :sweat_smile:. Please I would really appriciate it.

Place all characters at the beginning of the scene and use the & sign. If you use a transition command, they all need to be before the transition.

Here’s what it should look like

INT. BACKGROUND - DAY
&CHAR spot ____ and CHAR faces right and CHAR is animation
&CHAR spot ____ and CHAR faces right and CHAR is animation
&CHAR spot ____ and CHAR faces right and CHAR is animation
@cut to zone #
@transition fade in

if you add animation in between, the animation will play before the character

place ALL characters first. then make them face the way they shall face, then animations
