Thanks Arlene! I kind of figured something was up because the team has been on top of their GAME lately with approving images. It happened to me also, but I was kind of like “It’ll get approved eventually” :joy:

We are running behind again right now due to vacations and some other things that are taking up bandwidth. But nothing should be as far behind as 2 weeks. We are at 7 days. The oldest image in the queue is @ 8/19. If you have something older than that, send in a ticket and we will investigate.

How do I send a ticket because mine has been longer then 2 weeks :confused:

Check the status of your overlays and backgrounds in the Art Catalog. Now I have everything approved, even the ones I updated this week, I just didn’t get any notifications.

Yeah I just checked and they are all approved now and they weren’t a hour ago !! Im so happy now :smile:
