I’m making a horror story called ‘The Non-Human’ I am in need of a art cover but I don’t know how to make one or anyone that can make it for me. Please help!

I’m thinking of having a hooded figure looking through a window and with a girl (the main character looking behind her with a worried expression. And to add the mystery horror affect it should be at night. Was that descriptive enough? I’ll also send you the image of the main character.
