In need of a specific leg overlay (LL)

Here is the screenshot with a leg overlay and as you can clearly it doesn’t look good.

So what I need is an overlay that would look god with that skirt, I suppose it has to have a little part of skirt on it.
But another question is even if I had needed overlay, how can I hide this part of the character’s leg?:

If someone can create that overlay, here are the deets:
Skin color: rose 03
Skirt: 80s Cat Eye Skirt Rainbow
Pose: kiss_passionate_loop
