In need of an Alarm/Alert Overlay

I’m looking for like a red screen in PNG to change the opacity in my story to make it like an alarm flashing, but I can’t find any good ones. Does anyone have any overlays like that?

@solie I want something similar to like a plain red overlay. I feel like an overlay would be cleaner to use then transitions as @DMD2006 suggested
