Like what style of art
INK or LL
Your deadline
Drawn or edited
Etc.

I’m not an artist, I’m just saying that for reference.
I’m not sure, but you’ll probably have to mention these details beforehand if you want someone to PM you 
Or you might want to check a shop; I can also recommend an artist or two for you if I know what you’re looking for.
