not having the overlys I cant test it.
Regarding the memory… yeah its stupid episode recently added this memory limitation so some scenes have problem now.
I havent had this problem so not sure if it helps but try to resize the overlays so thay will be smaller ik kB… you can use online site for it like tinypng.
