it still seems to me something is not right with the two last lines.
test it without them than you will see if the background loops fine.
The way you loop the tire … I am not sure what you are trying to do but to loop some overly animation there must be always start and end position. Othervice it wll just change once no matter if you have the loop comand.
What are you trying the tires to be doing? only rotating or also changing position and scale in loop?
