(INK) Male animations not previewing?

Trying to preview animations for male characters (INK) in both art catalog & the viewer (drop down next to the script) - It says it’s downloading then I just get a black screen? Female characters are working :confused:

If your on safari you should switch to chrome if this happens. (Not the computer but the website chrome.)
Ps: This happened to me but when I switched to chrome it worked perfectly fine.
