How do some authors use the Instagram logo in their stories? I tried to upload it as an overlay and it didn’t get approved.

The reason that is is rejected because it is a company logo, u can’t upload it as an overlay. U only use it on your episode splash to let your readers know that you have an episode instagram, and that only as a background. Then it will be approved.

Sometimes it gets rejected even as a splash, it’s better to not use the logo at all. Just use a text “follow me on Instagram”

I havent got my splash rejected when it has instagram logo. Welp, idk lol

I’ve made quite a few splash cards for others recently and send them versions with and without logo. The ones with the logo always get rejected

the logo will usually be rejected if it’s just the logo itself with instagram’s original gradient colors. if it’s an icon of a different color it might get approved (mine did).
