Invisible disabilities and how to represent them

Honestly I get really annoyed, my epilepsy is very mild thankfully but as it restricts me from driving I have a bus pass. I got on a bus one day, went to scan my pass but then the driver said “can I see the pass please” I was slightly confused but did it. He looked at the pass and then looked at me and at the lass again then gave it me without saying anything. I asked him why he didn’t ask the lady who got on before me who was in a wheelchair (obviously I knew the reason.) and he didn’t know what to say. So I just simply said “not all disabilities can be seen.” And then took me seat, he couldn’t even look at me when I got off.
