Invisible disabilities and how to represent them

I hate people who judge others by what they do. Ok so this story isn’t about a disability but I do feel it was very insensitive and judgmental.

I got on a bus (all my stories seem to be on a bus :joy:)
So there were an old couple sitting behind me. A young lady got on (perhaps in her 20s) with 2 young children and a baby. They obviously sat in the pram area and the kids were really well behaved. Then from behind me I heard the old lady say “it’s disgraceful, look at her a young lady with 3 children and you can bet shes on benefits. I wanted to say something but stopped myself. Then she came out with “its not like she couldn’t have used protection, we didn’t have a choice back in our days, protecting didn’t exist.”
Again I kept my mouth shut but wanted to scream at her “Yes you did have a choice it’s called Keeping your legs closed!
It was horrible the way she was speaking about her! If you don’t know someone’s story then don’t comment!
