It’s simple.
There will be a theme (ex. Prom) and everyone wishing to join the theme can submit up to 4 outfits per theme. After we have enough outfits, a poll will be made for everyone to vote on it! The winner of the poll gets to pick the next theme and so on!
And that’s basically it!
