So I’m in the middle of trying to do my first ever edit on an ink character. I’m trying to blur part of the picture but it keeps bluring the whole darn thing what am I doing wrong

there’s a symbol with squares stacked onto each other click that, if you’re moving the first layer put another layer underneath it
