Is Episode's review team being slow right now?

Hello dear Episodians,
I received an e-mail from the Episode team on Sunday last week saying that my new story has been reviewed and it needs some changes. And I need to reply to them within the next 72 hours either by replying to the mail or by submitting a support ticket. I did both but they haven’t replied back to me. Normally, they are super fast but I’m not sure if it’s just me or some other people are facing the same problem. Thank you.
