I think it would be more apt to say on average males and females tend to differ biologically, and there are differences more likely to occur in either physical sex.
This discounts intersex, of course, which means it’s still not quite good. And then there’s the fact that people differ wildly as well, those things more likely to occur if someone is female are just as likely to occur in a male person. Unless you mean reproductive organs, but again, intersex.
