Is it just me?: Customisation Messed up

Hey guys,

Lately on several stories I had been reading, when I customised, the customisation template seems pretty messed up on iPad?? (Bearing in mind it was fine before)
As in the “Next” and “back” buttons don’t all fit on the screen or they are in the bottom centre??
I wish I took a screenshot but has this recently happened to anyone else?

It would work differently on a phone, due to the screen size, episode cuts of the bottom of the screen to allow the measurements and quality to stay the same

Moved to Report a Bug Mobile App. The team is aware of this issue and is working toward a solution. In the meantime, it’s fine to let them know you’re experiencing this issue by sending them a help ticket :smiley:

I thought this was just me too, I tried it on both devices, I even refreshed a LOT just to find out It’s also messed up for me on iphone and tablet.

no, no! the problem isn’t from you at all, some stories only work properly on a phone bc the dimensions are different on a tablet. while coding, some authors keep the guide box in mind, and some don’t! (the guide box helps by seeing how the story will look like for tablet users!)

YES, ITS DRIVING ME INSANE I HOPE THEY FIX THIS :sob: I suggest everyone submit tickets just in case episode isn’t aware of this issue yet.

Not just iOS. I’m using an Android phone and same experience here. So yeah, apparently it’s an issue the team will have to fix for everyone.

Mine does something similar. It starts off normal, but when I click the next button, it pushes me all the way to the last page. I can click the back button, but the back button also glitches half off the screen lol

I have the exact same thing!! Just sent the episode team an e-mail about it but it’s driving me insaaaaane.
