Is it normal for overlays to glitch on your phone?

Ok so I’m writing my very first story that hasn’t been published yet. On my laptop everything looks great, but when I preview it on my phone all my overlays glitch. They show up a second early, disappear, then show like they’re supposed to. Is this normal? I’m 4 chapters in and the vast majority of my overlays do this. Will it go away when I publish the story? Thank you!

Make sure to add in 0 at the end of all the overlay commands, otherwise it takes them a split second to for those commands to happen. Or if you want your overlays in the scene right in the beginning, I suggest to add your overlays next to the background name

1. Typing the overlay next to the background name using the word “with”

This is used when you want your overlay(s) to be already placed at the beginning of the scene. (If you’re adding the overlay to the background name then you only need to enter the scale size just once)

INT. BACKGROUND NAME - DAY with OVERLAYNAME
or
INT. BACKGROUND NAME - DAY with OVERLAYNAME to % x y
or
INT. BACKGROUND NAME - DAY with OVERLAYNAME in zone #
or
INT. BACKGROUND NAME - DAY with OVERLAYNAME at layer #
or
INT. BACKGROUND NAME - DAY with OVERLAYNAME to % x y in zone # at layer #

Example:
EXT. ATLANTA - NIGHT with CAR ANGLE SILVER to 1.5 220 85 in zone 3 at layer 4
